Goals of the Survey

The following questionnaire is to better understand diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within the Colorado life sciences industry and to identify opportunities for development. Clinically Media will use these responses to implement DEI initiatives, including but not limited to DEI-focused webinars, networking events, and more.

All responses will be confidential, will not be shared with any other entity, and will not be linked to identifiable information.
